2. Location: Our free shipping offer is only valid for customers located within the continental United States. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to extend free shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or territories outside the continental United States.

3. Product Restrictions: While we strive to provide free shipping whenever possible, some products due to their size and weight may be exempt from our free shipping policy.
